All orders ship from our Texas facility, Monday through Friday, based on the shipping option you select at checkout.
Our current shipping options include:
- UPS Next Day Air*
- UPS Ground
- USPS Priority Mail (USPS does NOT guarantee shipping times for Priority Mail)
UPS is our primary Carrier. USPS is NOT available for all orders.
If you place an order on a weekend or on a Holiday, we will begin processing your order on the Next Business Day following the date of your order.
During Holidays and peak seasons, our shipping times may increase due to high order volumes.
We are NOT responsible for delays once the Carrier picks up your package from our facility.
Orders containing Firearms may limit our ability to ship Next Business Day due to the required FFL Transfer.
If you are ordering ONLY a Firearm, you will use the FFL Holder’s address as your shipping address.
If you are ordering other items within the same order as your Firearm, please use your personal shipping address, and our shipping department will split your order into two (2) shipments. We will ship the Firearms to your FFL Holder, and we will ship the non-Firearms directly to you.
Once the Carrier picks up your package from our facility, you will receive a Tracking Email containing a tracking number link to follow your shipment on the Carrier’s website.
We do not have access to any better information than what you will find within your Tracking Email. Please refer to your Tracking Email to stay informed about any potential delivery delays caused by inclement weather, increased holiday shipping burdens, or any other circumstances that could potentially cause transportation delays. If you have any questions or concerns, it is best if you contact the Carrier directly.
There may be instances when FFL transfers and/or certain custom builds take longer than 1-business day to ship. If such a circumstance arises with your order, we will attempt to contact you.
You will receive a Delivery Email when the Carrier status shows delivered.

UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box. If your shipping address is a PO Box:
- Consider providing a non-PO Box shipping address
- Do NOT select UPS Next Day Air unless you can provide a non-PO Box shipping address
- If you select UPS Ground with a PO Box shipping address, we will use UPS Sure Post which is partnership between UPS and USPS wherein USPS takes over from UPS for the final delivery to your PO Box
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
We do not ship packages with "Signature Required," and accordingly, we are not responsible for packages showing delivered by the Carrier. If your order is lost, or if your package shows delivered by the Carrier, but you did not receive it, our Customer Service team is here to help, and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your merchandise. Please Contact Us, and a team member will get back to you promptly.
If we receive your package back marked “Return to Sender” or that has otherwise been deemed undeliverable by the Carrier for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If you do not respond after the 2nd attempt, we will close the issue until we hear from you. We may ask you to be responsible for fees to reship your order.
Missing Parts or Damages
We work diligently to ensure your order is correct but know sometimes mistakes happen. If your order is missing parts or incorrect, please Contact Us immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve your issue.
If your order is damaged in shipping, please keep all original materials including boxes, packing lists, labels and merchandise. We will ask you to send us pictures to document the damage and to facilitate any claims process. Our Customer Service team will make a determination as to the best course of action to fulfill your order with undamaged merchandise. We may ask you to return the damaged items, at our expense, for repair or replacement. Please Contact Us immediately, and a team member will get back to you promptly.
