INVENTORY

One of our greatest strengths is maintaining an extensive inventory level which allows us to provide competitive pricing with Next Business Day turn-around times. Our automated inventory software is “real time,” so if our website shows a product in stock, it is in our warehouse available for purchase.

We do not accept backorders (payment) for out-of-stock items.  You can request to be notified when a product is back in-stock by entering your email address in the box located beside the product and clicking the "Notify Me" button.  You will receive an email when the product is back in-stock. The product will NOT be reserved for you, so if you still want the product, we recommend you order it immediately.

We do NOT accept backorders and will not take payment for products we do not actually stock in our warehouse. 

If you want to be alerted when a product is back in stock, simply enter your email address in the box located beside the product and click the "Notify Me" button. When the product becomes available, you will receive an email the product is back in stock. The product will NOT be reserved for you, so if you still want the product, we recommend you order the item immediately.

If you are interested in a product that we do not currently sell, we would love to hear from you.  Please Contact Us, and a member of our Sales Team will get back to you promptly.

 

ORDERS

Order Flow

Provided we receive a valid email address from you during the checkout process, you will receive:

  • A Confirmation Email when you place your order
  • A Tracking Email when your order ships (usually the business day following the day you place your order)
  • A Delivery Email when your order is delivered by the Carrier

There are some circumstances that may limit our ability to ship within 1-business day:

  • Orders containing Firearms that require FFL Transfer
  • Addresses that do not verify in our shipping software
  • Unresolved customer service inquiries
  • Items ordered that may be illegal in the shipping address jurisdiction
  • Custom Build orders
  • Events that impact our business, our vendors, and/or our carriers that are beyond our control including, but not limited to, weather, utility outages, internet disruption, civil unrest, or other acts of God or man

All products shown on our website are priced in US Dollars.  All payments are processed when the order is placed.  If you have a Discount Code, you will enter the Code during checkout.  We do not sell Gift Cards.  

 

Firearm Orders

If you are ordering ONLY a Firearm, please use the FFL Holder’s address as your shipping address.  

If you are ordering other items within the same order as your Firearm, please use your personal shipping address, and our shipping department will split your order into two (2) shipments.  We will ship the Firearms to your FFL Holder, and we will ship the non-Firearms directly to you.

Illegal Products

It is your responsibility to know the laws of the area in which you live.  If you order a product deemed illegal in your city, county, or state, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued to your original form of payment.  The legality of a shipment is determined by the jurisdiction of your shipping address.

 

SHIPPING

All orders ship from our Texas facility, Monday through Friday, based on the shipping option you select at checkout.

Our current shipping options include:

  • UPS Next Day Air*
  • UPS Ground 
  • USPS Priority Mail (USPS does not guarantee shipping times for Priority Mail)

UPS is our primary Carrier.  USPS is NOT available for all orders.

If you place an order on a weekend or on a Holiday, we will begin processing your order on the next business day following the date of your order.  

During Holidays and peak seasons, our shipping times may increase due to high order volumes.

We are NOT responsible for any UPS shipping delays once your package has left our facility and begins tracking within the UPS tracking software.

* If you pay for UPS Next Day Air, your order will ship out of our facility the following business day. 

 

Shipping Firearms 

Orders containing Firearms may limit our ability to ship within 1-business day due to the required FFL Transfer.

If your order contains ONLY a Firearm, the order will be shipped directly to the FFL Holder’s address.

If you are ordering other items within the same order as your Firearm, please use your personal shipping address, and our shipping department will split your order into two (2) shipments.  We will ship the Firearms to your FFL Holder, and we will ship the non-Firearms directly to you.

Order Tracking

Once the Carrier picks up your package from our facility, you will receive a Tracking Email containing a tracking number link to follow your shipment on the Carrier’s website.

We do not have access to any better information than what you will find within your Tracking Email.  Please refer to your Tracking Email to stay informed about any potential delivery delays caused by inclement weather, increased holiday shipping burdens, or any other circumstances that could potentially cause transportation delays.  If you have any questions or concerns, it is best if you contact the Carrier directly.

There may be instances when FFL transfers and/or certain custom builds take longer than 1-business day to ship.  If such a circumstance arises with your order, we will attempt to contact you.

You will receive a Delivery Email when the Carrier status shows delivered.

PO Boxes

UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box.  If your shipping address is a PO Box:

  • Consider providing a non-PO Box shipping address
  • Do NOT select UPS Next Day Air unless you can provide a non-PO Box shipping address
  • If you select UPS Ground with a PO Box shipping address, we will use UPS Sure Post which is partnership between UPS and USPS wherein USPS takes over from UPS for the final delivery to your PO Box

 

LOST OR UNDERLIVERABLE PACKAGES

We do not ship packages with "Signature Required," and accordingly, we are not responsible for packages showing delivered by the Carrier.  If your order is lost, or if your package shows delivered by the Carrier, but you did not receive it, our Customer Service team is here to help, and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your merchandise.

If we receive your package back marked “Return to Sender” or that has otherwise been deemed undeliverable by the Carrier for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.  If you do not respond after the 2ndattempt, we will close the issue until we hear from you.  We may ask you to be responsible for fees to reship your order.

 

Missing Parts or Damages

We work diligently to ensure your order is correct but know sometimes mistakes happen. If your order is missing parts or incorrect, please Contact Us immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve your issue.

If your order is damaged in shipping, please keep all original materials including boxes, packing lists, labels and merchandise.  We will ask you to send us pictures to document the damage and to facilitate any claims process.  Our Customer Service team will make a determination as to the best course of action to fulfill your order with undamaged merchandise.  We may ask you to return the damaged items, at our expense, for repair or replacement. Please Contact Us immediately, and a team member will get back to you promptly.

 

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and 1-YEAR WARRANTY

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a change, cancellation, return or exchange.  We do NOT charge restocking fees, however in some cases we may ask you to be responsible for shipping costs.

To initiate a Change, Cancellation, Return, Exchange, or Warranty claim, please Contact Us immediately.

We will make every effort to honor your change or cancellation request but may not always be able to intercept work as it moves through our facility.

Please note change requests may incur additional cost and/or delay shipment of your order regardless of the shipment method selected.

 

Changing or Cancelling Order

We may be able to assist you in changing or cancelling the order provided the order HAS NOT SHIPPED.  Orders that have shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please Contact Us immediately.

If your order can be intercepted in our facility, we can

  • Cancel it and refund your original form of payment; or
  • Change it per your request.

If your order cannot be intercepted in our facility, your 

  • Cancellation will be treated as a Return; or
  • Your change will be treated as an Exchange.

 

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Return or Exchange requests must be made within 30-calendar days of the purchase date shown on your Order Confirmation.  To initiate a request, simply contact us, and if your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.  Returns and Exchanges must meet the following Requirements:

  • Return and exchange requests must be within 30-days of Purchase Date shown on your Order Confirmation.
  • Returns and exchanges apply to products that are NEW, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED, UNMODIFIED, and in original packaging.
  • Return and exchange requests must be pre-authorized and are subject to evaluation and approval.
  • Items must be returned with an RMA number that will be issued to you by our customer service team.
  • Any applicable refund will be credited to your original form of payment (less applicable shipping costs).

We will not issue a refund until the returned item(s) has been inspected. 

If the return or exchange reason is determined to be our responsibility, we will issue a full refund of all costs incurred by you.

If the return or exchange reason is determined to be your responsibility, we will issue a refund less any applicable shipping costs in the case of a return, and in the case of an exchange, may ask you to pay shipping costs and any product cost difference.

If the returned item does not meet our Requirements, we will contact you to discuss options.

 

1-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

AR15Parts.com warranties products against defects in materials or workmanship for 1-year from Date of Purchase.

Our 1-Year Warranty is subject to the following:

  • All warranty requests must be made within 1-year of Purchase Date.
  • Warranty coverage is provided to the original purchaser only.
  • Warranty returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to evaluation and approval.
  • All Warranty claims must be returned with an RMA number issued by our Customer Service team prior to shipment back to us.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your warranty request.
  • If damage or defect is found to be the responsibility of the Company, shipping costs will be paid by Company.
  • If damage or defect is found to be the responsibility of the Customer, shipping costs will be paid by Customer.

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval.  If defects in materials and/or workmanship are the cause of the warranty claim, we reserve the right to send the product to the original manufacturer's service agent for further assessment and/or repair or replacement. 

For all other warranty claims, if upon inspection, it is determined the issues are our responsibility, we will at our sole discretion make any necessary repairs, send you a replacement product, or issue you a full refund to your original form of payment.

 

EXCLUSIONS to 1-YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY and 30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following circumstances may void our 30-Day Return Policy and/or our 1-Year Warranty Policy:

  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Damage caused in whole or part by failure to perform proper care and maintenance
  • Damage caused in whole or part by the use of nonstandard ammunition, including without limitation, high-velocity or high-pressure ammunition, tracer ammunition, hand-loaded ammunition, and/or steel cased ammunition.  We specifically disclaim any responsibility for damage or operating issues caused by steel-cased ammunition
  • Damage caused in whole or part by assembly, installation, disassembly, modification or alteration, repair or attempted repair, misuse, abuse, neglect, or negligence
  • Damage caused by foreign substances including oils, lubricants, cleaners, polishes, sealants, thread locking compounds (e.g. Loctite), or any other compound that contacts the item
  • Damage caused by tools, non-standard tools, or the improper use of tools
  • Damage caused by any accessory
  • Any cosmetic modification including but not limited to painting or engraving

The following items are not covered by either our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy OR our 1-Year Warranty Policy:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Firearms or Serialized Parts
  • Custom Builds or Special Orders
  • Items listed under “Clearance Items and Blems”
  • Items sold as "BLEMS" or otherwise specifically noted to be blemished, used, or otherwise imperfect
  • Items sold “As-Is”
  • Items marked “No Returns”, “Final Sale”, “Closeouts”, “Used” or “As Is”
  • WHERE NOT LIMITED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW, NEITHER WEBSITE NOR COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ECONOMIC LOSS, OR INJURY TO PROPERTY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER ARISING BY WAY OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE.  WEBSITE’S AND/OR COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A WARRANTED PRODUCT

 

FFL TRANSFER

No matter where you live within the United States, Firearms (defined as any item with an ATF registered serial number including but not limited to complete firearms, 100% lowers and lower assemblies) can only be shipped from one Federal Firearms Licensed Holder (FFL Holder) to another FFL Holder.  This is known as an FFL Transfer.

If you order a Firearm, it cannot be shipped directly to you.  It must be shipped to a local FFL Holder that will assist you with completing the transfer of the firearm into your possession.  In order for the transfer of your firearm to be approved, your FFL Holder will require you to fill out an ATF Form 4473 and to pass an AFT background check through NICS.  This is the same form and background check you would complete if you purchased a Firearm in any gun store.

It is your responsibility to check all local and state laws PRIOR to placing an order.  You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Firearm.  You must also be a legal resident of the state to which you wish to transfer the Firearm (with the exception of active-duty military personnel).

Company will retain title to all Firearms and other products contained in your order and shall not legally pass title to you until you have completed a successful background check, any necessary paperwork, and any other requirements as prescribed by the FFL Holder and/or relevant law, and the FFL Holder, in its sole discretion and authority, has released the order to you.

If you are ordering ONLY a Firearm, please use the FFL Holder’s address as your shipping address.  

If you are ordering other items within the same order as your Firearm, please use your personal shipping address, and our shipping department will split the order into two (2) shipments.  We will ship the Firearms to your FFL Holder, and we will ship the non-Firearms directly to you.

IMPORTANT

  • We will NOT ship your order to an FFL Holder without a copy of their FFL.
  • You are responsible for paying all FFL Holder fees associated with your FFL Transfer.
  • Serialized products and Firearm sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We will NOT refund a serialized product or Firearm if you do not pass a background check.
  • In the event that (a) a successful background check is not completed, or (b) you fail to complete any paperwork or other necessary steps for the release of your order to you, or (c) you are unable to take delivery of the Firearm from the FFL Holder for any other reason, your order will be voided, and you will be reimbursed for the product price, less any shipping and insurance expenses incurred by us in connection with the shipment of your order to the FFL Holder, the return shipping to our facility, and any other fees or expenses incurred by us.
  • We verify all FFL Holders through the ATF to ensure their FFL is valid and not expired or revoked.
  • We do not accept FFL Type 03 - Collectors of Curios and Relics (C&R) or FFL Type 06 – Ammunition licenses.
  • Once your order is delivered to the FFL Holder, you must contact them to complete the transfer and pick up your Firearm.
  • FFL Holders are NOT agents or representatives of Company or Website, and FFL Holders do NOT have any power or authorization to make a representation, promise, or agreement on Company's behalf.
  • Company and Website are NOT responsible for the policies, procedures, or actions of FFL Holders, and shall have NO liability to you or anyone else arising out of any such policies, procedures, or actions, including without limitation, FFL Holder’s refusal to release your order to you.  Questions regarding any such policies or procedures should be directed to the FFL Holder.
  • Once the item has been delivered to the FFL Holder you select, you bear all risk of damage or loss with respect to your order.

 

DEALER SALES

If you are in a related industry of firearms or sporting goods, you may be eligible to become a Dealer Sales Partner.

Applicants with multiple locations will need to apply for separate Dealer Sales accounts per location, and each location is required to have their own Business License / FFL.

Child Protection Policy

We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

 

Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks.  We reserve the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer who cancels an order via a credit card chargeback following shipment.  If a customer files a chargeback but keeps the product, we have the right to collect upon the product that is in the customer’s possession.  

Our collection fee is $25.00, and the chargeback fee is $25.00 totaling $50.00.  We generally handle collections in-house but reserve the right to hire a third-party to handle these collections.  If we send a customer to collections, the customer is responsible for all costs that are charged to us.  If escalated to a Pre-Arbitration chargeback, the customer is responsible for any fees accumulated for the Pre-Arbitration chargeback which is $250.00.  

Chargeback of an order containing a Firearm or Serialized Part is considered theft.  The Firearm or Serialized Part will be considered a Stollen Item and an official ATF Stollen Item Report will be filed.
